Weekly Dinner Specials
Dinner specials rotate weekly and are available 4:00 PM to close.
- Sunday – Sniper Spaghetti – Hand rolled 1/8# meatballs and savory italian sausage in a house marinara. Served with a side salad and garlic bread.
- Monday – Covered and Concealed Pork Chop; A Pork Loin chop served over a bed of garlic mashed potatoes and smothered in a mushroom gravy.
- Tuesday – Locked and Loaded Nachos (choice of Chicken or Prime Beef) or our Puerco en Chile
- Wednesday – Recoil Ribs – Beef Short Ribs served naked or smothered in our House Bourbon barbeque
- Thursday – Trigger Pulled Pork – Served over our famous Machine Gun Mak & Cheese, over our Hand Cut French Fries or on a Roll as a traditional Pulled Pork Sandwich
- Friday – Pistol Prime Rib – Juicy, Tender Roasted Prime Rib served with a choice of side
- Saturday – White Sauce Suppressor – Made fresh to order in our house Alfredo served with protein choices of Grilled or Breaded chicken or a shrimp skewer
